New Orleans 911 Call: (caller to 911) "My friend just got shot and he's unconscious! We need an ambulance!" (operator) "Ok sir, just calm down now and we'll have an ambulance on the way. What is the address?" (caller) " 456 Tchoupitoulas Street !" (operator) "Could you spell that for me sir?" "uh t...";(caller) ... long pause ... "How about if I drag him over to Camp Street and you pick him up there?"

5 stars Don't miss this WONDERFUL Bozeman restaurant February, 2008
by  CrazyaboutZydeco   from  Livingston
This is the BEST Cajun food I've ever had...service is always friendly, sometime a bit slow but WORTH the wait...you won't be dissapointed. Always order more garlic bread...one portion espically with the large orders is NEVER enough as it is completely addicting. Our family's favorite for a cold winter day is the Jambalya....simply the BEST!

5 stars Damn good! July, 2007
by  Katherine   from  Bozeman
Can't believe we've lived in Bozeman for 3 years and just recently tried Cafe Z. It is really good food. So good in fact - we've been back three times in as many weeks. Motto for me to remember: Don't judge the food by its building.

5 stars Yumm... June, 2007
by  Lovin' CafeZ   from  Billings
My husband and I make it a point to visit Bozeman at least once every three months to eat here. It's a two hour drive, but the sandwiches are worth it!!! Our favorites are Veggie Wrap and The Gutbuster (we buy two and take them home with us for the next day). We will always remain loyal fans- no matter the distance!! =)

Wow - what a place!!!! Went to Cafe Z for lunch with my girlfriend and what a great experience we had.... the food, we had the pasta salad, was totally incredible - For dessert we had the most superb bread pudding I've ever had!!!! The staff, food and ambience of this cafe makes it a spot I will definitely go back to. Can't wait to get to Bozeman and get my Louisiana fix!!!!! Cheers

Not only does the Cafe Zydeco jambalaya and gumbo taste fine, but it keeps you warm with an exquisite spicy flavor that really sticks with you. Nothing compares to it!

5 stars Bread Pudding like NO OTHER! October, 2006
by  Emily Yaggy   from  Bozeman
At Cafe Zydeco, everything there is awesome! The best is the bread pudding, and also, Kevin and the rest of the crew are fantastic! I am a student at BHS and I go there almost everyday for lunch. My abslolute favorite is the pasta salad, the philly, and as I said, the bread pudding is beyond words! If you ever are craving real awesome tasting food, and you are in the area, stop by Zydeco, it will be an experience you will never forget!

5 stars Awesome!!! September, 2006
by  Mike Piatz   from  Bozeman
Kevin is my next door neighbor and he is a great guy. The gumbo is my favorite but the sandwiches are awesome as well. Cafe Zydeco is the best place to eat in town period!! I'm in high school and I love the new deal for us any sandwich for $5.00 that is a great idea. Me and my buddy Ryan are in just about every week to get some great food.

The Cafe is the only place I have eaten in Bozeman that I felt I got My monies worth. This is authentic cajun. Their creole chicken filly is the best sandwich in town! The chipotle pork come in a close second. The chairs are a little wobbley,

5 stars Craving Cafe Zydeco Crawfish Etouffee May, 2004
by  mitzilaine
Cafe Zydeco has the best crawfish etouffee ever! I would never try it and once I did I fell in love - also I am a big fan of Philly Cheese Steaks - talk about melt in your mouth!!! There's is definitely one of the best! I live in West Texas so unfortunately I cannot enjoy their mouth watering food! My husband and I plan to take a trip possibly this summer 2006.
